Service Advisor / Writer

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our growing automotive service department. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, so the weekends are all yours!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Compensation:

Starting at $22/hour- negotiable based on experience and performance. Performance review after 3 months to evaluate eligibility for a commission-based pay structure along with your hourly wage.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a professional, positive experience Listen to concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Communicate between customers and technicians Prepare estimates and obtain repair approvals Provide updates throughout the repair process Properly handle cash, card, and online payments Manage both in-person and phone communication Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
