Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support to our diverse customer base. Your energy, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will drive positive experiences, foster loyalty, and help us deliver outstanding client service. Whether assisting customers via phone, email, or in person, you will play a vital role in ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and solutions-oriented. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a retail environment while making a meaningful impact on our clients' satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat channels. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction. Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and account management tasks efficiently and accurately. Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Resolve customer issues by identifying needs, offering solutions, and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer support software. Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and updating client information with precision.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
