Handle patient calls on multi-line phones in a professional, courteous manner Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments efficiently Register new patients and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical system Provide clear communication and accurate information to patients Keep provider schedules up to date Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Flexibly adapt to meet business needs Uphold strict confidentiality standards for all patient information
What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; medical assistant training preferred
Experience:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
Tech Savvy:
Demonstrated computer proficiency
Bilingual:
