Job Summary We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for two temp-to-hire opportunities in Schenectady, NY. This onsite role supports print and promotional product operations and is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy managing account details, coordinating orders, solving problems, and building long-term client relationships. Assist customers with order questions, pricing, timelines, delivery updates, and general account needs. Coordinate print and promotional product orders from entry through production and delivery. Communicate accurate job details to internal production teams and monitor order progress. Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalate issues when needed, and help ensure on-time delivery. Maintain accurate customer records, document interactions, and support long-term client relationships.
