We are a unique business that works with a wide variety of equipment including automotive repair, boats, personal watercraft, lawn & garden equipment, Stihl power equipment, Scag commercial mowers, and LS tractors. This position is the connection between our customers and technicians. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, solving problems, and keeping daily operations moving. The right candidate does not need to know everything on day one — but must have a strong willingness to learn, take ownership, and become knowledgeable about the products and services we provide.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Answer phones and communicate with customers Write up repair orders and collect customer information Schedule incoming service work Communicate estimates, approvals, and job updates Work with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently Research and order parts Maintain customer follow-up and service communication Assist customers with equipment purchases Learn product information and help with showroom sales Help maintain an organized and professional front counter/showroom

Helpful Experience:

Experience in any of these fields is a plus: Automotive repair or service advising Parts counter experience Marine or powersports industry Small engine or equipment repair Agriculture or construction equipment Mechanical background Retail sales or customer service Mechanical knowledge is preferred, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important.

Compensation:

$22-$30 per hour depending on experience Additional earning opportunities available through: Equipment sales incentives Performance incentives Advancement opportunities as the company continues to grow

Schedule:
