As soon as possible. Job Overview Galt is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support one of our trusted nonprofit clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to support customers and partners. In this position, you will play a key role in managing customer inquiries and purchase orders while collaborating across teams to ensure accurate and timely service. Success in this role means providing professional, responsive customer support and contributing to smooth daily operations. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and Teams Experience with CRM systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Collaborative, dependable, and customer-focused work style Responsibilities and Duties Enter, update, and manage purchase orders accurately across multiple systems. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues by identifying needs and coordinating appropriate solutions. Collaborate with vendors and member agencies to fulfill customer requests. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders and communications. Support internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.
