In this role, you will provide excellent support to customers by answering questions, assisting with orders, resolving delivery-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt assistance Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems Help customers determine product or service needs Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns during the delivery process Maintain knowledge of products, services, and installation practices Work collaboratively with team members and other departments Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in high-stress situations Perform additional administrative or customer support tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Stone/Countertop Industry experience HIGHLY preferred 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Reliable, punctual, and flexible team player Strong problem-solving and time management skills Work Environment This position works in a professional office setting using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing systems.
