Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telesales Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with potential clients through outbound calls and warm calling strategies to promote our products and services. Your primary goal is to build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and drive business growth through effective communication and negotiation skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and develop new business opportunities Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines Negotiate terms with clients confidently, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term relationships Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and outreach efforts Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology products and services to effectively communicate their benefits during calls Qualifications Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service roles with a focus on outbound calling and business development Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively in a B2B environment Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales processes, and marketing strategies is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach to reaching targets Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels and a positive attitude Join us as we empower our team members to excel in a vibrant sales environment!
