Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00 PM EST (30-minute lunch) Post-Training Schedule Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•11:00 PM EST Shifts may change based on business needs Schedules will be assigned via a ranking system based on training performance Candidates will bid on available shifts across operating hours Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of customer service or related experience preferred Work is performed under immediate supervision of a supervisor Work & Technology Requirements Role is virtual with required in-person training Associates located near an office may be required to report onsite 1 day per month or during home connectivity issues Must have: High-speed internet (500-650 kbps minimum) Wired ethernet connection (Wi-Fi and hotspots not allowed) Quiet, secure workspace Must be comfortable using video for: Interviews Coaching Weekly meetings Virtual training Schedule Policy Reminder No planned time off during training period until nesting is completed Post-training scheduling is based on performance rankings including: Attendance Ability to use reference materials Class participation Interpersonal skills Grasp of material Decision making Confidence level Ownership of learning Technical skills Adaptability and flexibility Responsibilities / Expectations Respond to customer inquiries via phone, delivering excellent service to customers seeking or managing life insurance policies through their employer Follow established guidelines and procedures to complete tasks Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and resolve customer requests Common Customer Inquiry Topics Enrolling in or modifying life insurance coverage Beneficiary updates Policy provisions (coverage details, age reductions, exclusions, etc.) Continuing coverage after retirement or leaving an employer Status of requests Billing inquiries Akansha Pandey Recruiting Partner Americas Recruiting•Technology HAYS Working for your tomorrow•Akansha.
