Customer Service/Sales Associate About us National Lawn Sprinklers, Inc. started as a small company that installed sprinkler systems at local residences. John's outstanding service and loyal clientele helped grow the business into one of the leading irrigation companies today. We install and service golf courses, parks, homes, and state, local and national government facilities such as the US Military Academy at West Point and the United Nations in New York City. We also serve private clients and design, install, maintain and service more than 3,000 customers all over the tri-state area. As of 2020, we now offer outdoor lighting, sound and televisions through our National Outdoor Living department. What you will own & improve: Handle service requests through email and phone to ensure client satisfaction Support Sales/Project Manager to create proposals, send, and communicate project details Support with any admin-related tasks as needed What you already know: You know how to communicate proactively, getting ahead of clients and going beyond their expectations You know how to handle stressed customers respectfully You are good under pressure You have some basic computer skills You are comfortable using computer technology like Quickbooks What you will learn: You will learn our processes for ensuring client satisfaction You will learn our sales processes to nurture new leads and help close new client accounts You will learn to work in a family business with 50 employees How success is measured: Your success will be measured by client satisfaction scores, seasonal appointments scheduled and overall team satisfaction. About the team We are a family-oriented business with the President and 2 sons working in the business. Our office team have all been with us over 10 years, with one staff member here for 21 years. We care deeply for our customers and are able to overcome stressful weeks during the busy season.
