Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest services from the moment they walk in Operate POS systems to accurately process orders and payments Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts with precision and integrity Answer guest inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about menu items Pack orders with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station to ensure a welcoming environment Assist with other light duties and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Support team members in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences through effective communication and teamwork Requirements Previous food service or cashier experience is preferred but not required, especially within restaurant settings Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their hospitality career while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
