Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service & Research Communicator for a contract, temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Buffalo, NY. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys speaking with people, asking structured questions, and accurately capturing information in a professional call center environment. As a Customer Service & Research Communicator, you will make outbound calls to customers, prospects, or survey participants, conduct phone interviews, and document responses with accuracy and care. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, clear expectations, and a supportive team environment designed to help communicators succeed. Dependable individuals with strong listening skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset will have the opportunity to grow into a long-term position. Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound customer service and research calls to customers, prospects, or survey participants.
  • Conduct structured phone interviews and guide participants through survey questions.
  • Capture, enter, and document customer responses accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive phone presence during every interaction.
  • Follow call scripts, structured questions, and internal processes to support consistent data collection.
  • Assist with additional customer outreach, administrative, or call center tasks as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation:
    $18 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Job Type:
    Contract/Temporary.
  • Status:
    Temporary-to-permanent.
