Job Description

Financial planning and wealth management firm seeks administrative assistant to manage day to day workflow and office administration. The ideal candidate is polished, has exceptional client service/people skills, is extremely organized, comfortable learning software applications, loves to multi-task, is a team player and demonstrates outstanding attention to detail.
Hours:
Mon-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Position functions
Calendar Management:
Booking financial planning & investment reviews for clients Confirm & reschedule appointments
Meeting Preparation:
Organize important client information Prepare & maintain checklists for advisors Compile investment & financial planning reports Client Service & Marketing Open accounts, assist clients with online website Establish client relationships and follow-up with customers, as needed. Assist with client events Support with social media Office Administration Handle incoming / outgoing mail Order supplies Greet clients Answer phones
