Job Description
Job Summary Busy Flower Shop & Garden Center seeking a reliable person with floral design experience to deliver outstanding/friendly Customer Service on the phone and in our store. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience as well as assisting our florist with order fulfillment. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on gardening and floral design. Process transactions accurately using register, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a seamless, fun customer experience. Emotionally capable of handling many fast-paced, diverse functions and communicating with several people while projecting a supportive and professional demeanor Uphold company standards for retail math accuracy in transactions and inventory management. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Excellent basic floral design skills & flower shop experience a plus. Capable of performing related computer operations. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
