Job Overview We are seeking a Service Writer specialized in Aviation to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking aviation component overhaul and repair services. Your approach will ensure seamless communication between clients, technicians, and management, while accurately documenting service needs and estimates. Your knowledge and customer service skills will drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, helping us deliver top-tier aviation service experiences. Duties Communicate with customers professionally, understanding their service needs Write detailed service orders, including scope of work, parts required, and estimated time frame, ensuring accuracy for smooth workflow Collaborate with technicians to understand mechanical issues Inform customers additional services or maintenance options based on customer needs Maintain documentation, repair orders, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and accountability Qualifications Proven experience in aviation, dealerships, or automotive service management with a focus on aviation-related components preferred Mechanical knowledge, or familiarity with aviation preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Experience in estimating, sales techniques, and informing of additional services effectively Ability to handle transactions accurately while maintaining detailed records Dealership experience is highly desirable; familiarity with aviation maintenance standards is a plus Join us to be part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional aviation service experiences!
