Job Description
Our agency is looking for a full time customer service representative. This person will be client facing as well as be asked to do general office tasks. This position will require the candidate to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and be able to work 8:30am to 5:00pm 5 days a week. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Greet clients as they come in the door and get them to the proper person in the agency Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner and transfer the call to the proper person within the agency Must be able to multitask Must have customer service skills Maintain supplies for the office Insurance experience preferred but not required. Will eventually be required to obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance license.
