Seasonal Plan Advisor 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Miamisburg, OH 45342 $20 an hour - Temporary, Full-time RetireMEDiQ LLC 14 reviews $20 an hour - Temporary, Full-time Overview The purpose of this position is to support Medicare-eligible clients by researching, analyzing, and recommending appropriate Medicare Advantage plan options while ensuring a compliant, high-quality customer experience. This role exists to drive enrollment success, maintain regulatory compliance, and meet established performance and production goals during the seasonal period. Responsibilities Conduct multiple client appointments daily (phone, virtual, in-person), assess needs, provide compliant Medicare Advantage plan comparisons, and deliver clear recommendations to drive enrollment decisions. Research, compare, and analyze multiple Medicare Advantage plans using various systems and tools to ensure accurate, client-focused recommendations. Manage client pipeline, conduct outreach and follow-ups, prioritize prospects, and drive enrollment conversions to meet or exceed performance and production goals Ensure all documentation, enrollments, and sales activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with Medicare, CMS, carrier, and internal guidelines. Obtain and maintain licensing, certifications, product expertise, and successfully complete required orientation and ongoing training. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience Ability to learn quickly and retain complex information Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Technology skills working in Office 365, Teams, Word, etc with the ability to navigate multiple systems, screens, and tools simultaneously Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple client appointments in a fast-paced environment Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role such as inside sales, retail sales or in the food service industry
