Mail Assistant/Customer Service - Postal Services

Perform support functions necessary for efficient operation of the student package center.

Communication Professionalism Teamwork Assist in performing various duties related to processing, consolidating, and delivering packages. Utilize department software to process, consolidate, and deliver packages. Follow standard procedures to ensure scanning integrity and quality control of packages in the Neopost system. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Other duties as assigned Must possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently Must be extremely reliable, responsible, and dependable Must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to maintain positive employee relations and offer outstanding customer service Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends with a minimum availability of 12 hours per week Must be able to work during the summer Please upload summer and fall class schedules Schedules are a requirement for consideration. We are hiring for summer and fall, but are considering students who can work either or both semesters.
