Job Summary We're Hiring! Join Our Team at AcuLaser Treatment Centre Brecksville, Ohio Part-Time Front Desk /
Customer Support Hours:
Monday-Thursday | 3-7 PM Potential for advancement! We're a small, supportive team looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and being part of a positive, welcoming environment. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, reliable, and comfortable juggling a mix of customer interaction and front desk tasks. You'll be one of the first faces our clients see, helping create a calm, professional, and inviting experience from the moment they walk in. Please send your interest and resume to: aculaseroffice@gmail.com Duties Greet visitors warmly, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and route inquiries Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using CRM Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records Support clients with phone check- ins, providing a personable and caring experience Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, providing exceptional service Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently to support daily operations Requirements Proven experience in front desk duties, office management, or administrative support roles with clerical experience preferred Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry systems Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude that fosters positive interactionsJob Type:
