Client Support Associate (CSA)

$40,000-$50,000 annually +Benefits Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pointer Creek Wealth Management is a private wealth management firm dedicated to personalized service and long-term relationships. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Client Support Associate (CSA) to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in daily operations, supporting clients and internal staff, and contributing to the overall efficiency and culture of our office. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for client requests across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person). Assist with client account onboarding, account maintenance, and trading-related requests. Prepare for client meetings and calls; occasionally participate in meetings with or without a financial planner. Accurately document client and vendor communication in our CRM system. Organize and maintain electronic filing systems. Support the development and refinement of internal operating procedures (e.g., onboarding, training). Assist with marketing efforts, including client events, mailings, and email campaigns. Coordinate cross-functional tasks and special projects as needed. Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment. Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, including SEC, broker-dealer, insurance, and internal policies. Participate in professional development opportunities to remain current on industry best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer/client service role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex workflows. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Positive, client-focused attitude and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to adapt to shifting priorities. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated punctuality and reliable attendance. Willingness to commit to a long-term role; this position is not suitable for short-term job seekers. Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and credit check. Ability to commute reliably to our Canfield, OH office or relocate prior to start date. Preferred (but not required): Experience in financial services or working with CRMs. Insurance or securities licenses.
