Overview Join Suburban Driving School in Chardon as a Customer Service Representative and become the friendly, professional face of our organization! In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional customer support through various communication channels, ensuring every client feels valued and heard. Required Experience Customer-Facing Background:
1 to 3 years of experience in call centers, retail, or client support roles.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (customer database, enrolling, and scheduling system) Microsoft Outlook and Teams Using multi-line phone system and desired familiarity with Zoom Phone app for VoIP phone system with domestic calls, SMS messaging, voicemail transcription, call recording
Conflict Resolution:
A proven track record of de-escalating tense situations and managing difficult or irate customers professionally.
Product Knowledge:
Experience quickly learning and troubleshooting specific products, software, or service-industry standards to help customers make informed decisions.
