This role focuses on executing complex transactions, ensuring data quality, and supporting service delivery consistency. ­­­­­­­­­­­­
Required Educational Degree:
Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of direct experience in HR shared services

Required Experience:
2-3 years of HR, shared services, or customer service experience preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment
Preferred Experience:
Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HRIS Job Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong customer service orientation with empathy and professionalism toward clinical and non-clinical caregivers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Ability to manage high inquiry volumes in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive caregiver situations with tact and discretion. Why Caregivers Stay?
