Job Description

We're looking for friendly, approachable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. About the Role This is a people-focused position centered around in-person customer interactions. You'll assist customers with questions, provide information, resolve concerns, and help guide them through various services and processes while maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere. What You'll DoCustomer Assistance & Support Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures Assist customers with questions, concerns, and general requests Help resolve issues and find solutions that meet customer needs Ensure every customer receives prompt and attentive service In-Person Customer Experience Create a welcoming and positive environment for all visitors Build rapport with customers through professional and friendly interactions Assist with navigating services, appointments, or processes when applicable Address customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism Maintain a customer-first mindset throughout every interaction Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate records and documentation as needed Assist with scheduling, data entry, and basic administrative tasks Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Support front desk, reception, or service areas when needed Follow company procedures and service standards What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer and data entry skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or community-facing experience is a plus but not required Why Join Our Team?
