We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who brings HVAC understanding and a can-do attitude to every customer interaction — whether it's in person, over the phone, or behind the scenes coordinating a job from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone , providing expert guidance and friendly service Take and process customer orders with accuracy, care, and attention to detail Use your HVAC knowledge to help customers make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently Coordinate with warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth service delivery Keep things organized and upbeat, even in a fast-paced environment
