This role involves working directly with students, parents, school music programs, and professional musicians with instrument & accessory sales, rentals, basic instrument care, and general customer support.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with instrument rentals, accessories, and purchases Cleaning, tuning, and preparing instruments (training provided) Maintaining store organization and inventory Assisting with customer pickups, returns, and size exchanges Supporting occasional school or community events Starting pay range from $12-15/hour depending on experience. Commission opportunities on sales. Higher starting pay may be considered for candidates with strong musical, retail, or education backgrounds. Musicians are preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate! Applicants should have a background in at least one of the following: Any musical experience, including playing any instrument, singing, choir, band, orchestra, musical theatre, or similar. Retail or customer service experience Education, student programs, camps, coaching, or other experience working with children and families Flexible scheduling available, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.
