  • plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to members of the organization along with our customers.
You will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The candidate should also have experience performing administrative tasks and providing support to coworkers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to this position.

Responsibilities:
Provide front desk coverage by managing a busy phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming / outcoming mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes Create, install, and prep installation documents Schedule and coordinate services that need installers for installation or service Manage installation related calls and reschedules throughout the process Assisting installation Project Managers with additional tasks Medallia survey updates and discuss the updates with IPM's Attend meetings, take effective notes for training and updates or changes Additional cross training in other roles when needed
Requirements:
High school diploma Self-starter, ability to work independently Proven administrative experience using office tools as needed Ability to apply instructions and guidelines given by manager Exceptional organizational skills with written and online reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including some Excel knowledge Communicate effectively with staff and customers alike Ability to sit for long periods of time during shift and stay focused on multitasking The employee may occasionally need to bend, lift, or move items such as files, mail and office supply orders received
