Kenneth's Salon + Spas is currently looking for a dedicated Phone Room professional to join our team at our Executive/Corporate location. This $15.00/hr, Part -Time position at the Executive/Corporate office will serve as the first impression for each guest. We are looking for the very best who are passionate about delivering a luxury experience in a fast-paced environment. Are you looking to grow into a management role and lead a location?

SCHEDULE

Total hours: 25-28 hours a week

Monday-Friday:

The position requires availability 2:00-7:00 PM, four weekdays, including Wednesday.

Saturdays:

Open availability from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; must work every Saturday.

Abilities and Skills Needed:

Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette Strong problem-solving ability Detail-oriented Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software Multitasking skillset Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback Our Full-Time (30hrs/week)
