Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Deputy Registrar team at the Alum Creek License Agency. This position involves assisting the public with driver licensing, vehicle registration, and other motor vehicle-related services in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and efficient customer service to the public. Process driver license, ID card, and vehicle registration transactions accurately. Verify required documentation for compliance with Ohio BMV regulations. Handle cash, credit, and check transactions while maintaining daily balancing procedures. Answer questions and provide information regarding BMV procedures, forms, and policies. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all Deputy Registrar and State of Ohio guidelines. Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by management.
