We are currently seeking Full-Time Client Service Representatives to join our dedicated team. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support pet owners during critical moments while helping facilitate exceptional medical care for their pets. Position Overview Client Service Representatives play a vital role in transforming the client experience by providing compassionate, professional, and efficient support. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, empathy, and exceptional service in a fast-paced emergency and specialty hospital environment. Qualifications Proven customer service or client support experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in emotionally charged situations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as scheduled Schedule Options Wednesday-Saturday 12pm-10pm Compensation & Benefits $15.00-$18.00 per hour , based on experience Shift differential for third shift and weekend hours Opportunity to work alongside leaders in emergency and specialty veterinary medicine Additional Information Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital is an
