At Prestige Home Furnishings, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Resolution Specialist to be the front line of our commitment to excellence. We understand that in the world of retail, things don't always go perfectly—and that is where you come in. The Role This position is not for the faint of heart. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers via telephone. You will be tasked with de-escalating tense situations, troubleshooting complex product or delivery issues, and turning frustrated experiences into positive outcomes. We are looking for someone who can maintain a professional, empathetic, and steady demeanor, even when faced with high-stress, irate, or loud conversations. You are the bridge between our customers' frustrations and the solutions we provide.
Key Responsibilities High-Volume Phone Management:
Handle a consistent flow of incoming calls, ensuring every customer feels heard.
Conflict De-escalation:
Employ active listening and patience to manage irate customers and de-escalate volatile situations with grace.
Advanced Troubleshooting:
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding product defects, shipping delays, or service errors.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and resolutions within our internal systems. MUST be highly organized and have excellent note taking skills.
Solution Implementation:
Work closely with our operations team to execute refunds, exchanges, or repair service orders.

You can deliver difficult news or handle complaints while maintaining a tone that is firm, fair, and professional.

You enjoy diving into the details, figuring out what went wrong, and finding the best path forward.
Resilience:
You don't take customer frustration personally and can bounce back quickly after challenging calls.
Reliability:
A steady presence is vital to our team's success.

From $18.00 per hour
