Position Details Location:
In-office in our Dublin, Ohio offices.
Schedule:
Rotating Schedule that may include up to 2 closing shifts per week and up to 2 weekend shifts per month during hours of operation: Mon-Thurs 8a-10p EST Fri 8a-9p EST Sat 10a-7p EST Interested in first shift? We'd still love to hear from you!
Pay:
Starting $17.00/hour + Sign-On Bonus for applicants with 12+ months of call center experience. What You'll Do Champion our customer-first culture by delivering outstanding support. Guide customers through financial solutions across multiple brands. Accurately document customer interactions using proprietary systems. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred). Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly. Professionalism, discretion, and self-motivation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly encouraged to apply.
