We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Responsibilities Assist customers in person and over the phone with product inquiries, orders, and general support Provide outstanding customer service to contractors, commercial clients, and walk-in customers Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately Help customers identify HVAC and commercial parts based on their needs Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment Maintain organized records and customer information Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions professionally Support daily office and counter operations as needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Previous customer service, office, retail, or HVAC/parts experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn HVAC and commercial supply products What We Offer Stable full-time schedule Weekends and major holidays off Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity for growth within the company Competitive pay based on experience If you enjoy helping customers and working with a great team, we'd love to hear from you!
