Noon Responsibilities:

Customer Service Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and energy Assist customers with pricing, scheduling, and service questions Resolve customer concerns quickly and positively Follow up with customers after service when needed Sales Convert incoming leads into paying customers Upsell additional services when appropriate Follow up on estimates and missed opportunities Re-engage past customers for repeat business Help grow revenue through strong phone sales skills Office Support Enter customer information accurately Assist with scheduling and dispatching as needed Maintain organized notes and communication records

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred Sales experience strongly preferred Strong phone communication skills Positive attitude and dependable attendance Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office Basic computer and typing skills Team player with a strong work ethic

Compensation:
