You will be the first point of contact for our customers — helping resolve inquiries, answer questions, and deliver a positive experience in person, over the phone, and via email. This is a full-time, customer-facing, on-site position. What you'll do Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions Process service requests, orders, and account updates Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when needed Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Meet daily service quality and response time standards What we're looking for be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED Strong communication and interpersonal skills Calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior customer service experience is a plus — not required, we will train the right person Compensation & schedule
Pay:
$16.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience Full-time, Monday-Friday (schedule details provided at interview) Paid training provided How to apply Submit your application through Indeed.
