In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism will drive positive experiences for our clients and customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer support skills within a fast-paced and supportive environment with room to grow. Duties Responsible for inbound/outbound phone calls and helping find solutions for our customers. Responds to customer service inquiries from websites and social media accounts. Assists account team with wholesale application process and order entry. Works with account team to ensure customer/client sales grow and forecasts are upheld. Assists account team with new client onboarding and customer enrollment processes and operations. Works with account team to record and update inquiries in CRM system. Assists with Basic Health Brands operations systems for data integrity, order entry, reporting and account management. Helps processes retail orders via EDI software (functional acknowledgments, ASNs, order accuracy). Maintains timely and professional communication with internal stakeholders and clients, including prompt updates and confirmations. Demonstrates initiative by identifying and acting on areas for improvement without waiting for direction. Accountable for meeting deadlines and progress reports to management and other stakeholders. Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies to keep the workspace efficient. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse customer base Previous office experience or administrative background is preferred Exceptional phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support calls Knowledge of clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and calendar management Personal assistant or office management experience demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills Join us to be part of a lively team where your proactive approach and positive attitude make a real difference!
