Job Description
Customer Service Representative Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities Required to open all types of depository accounts (CD's/IRA's/ HSA's/ Checking & Savings) and assist CSR's in other locations with training, questions or concerns. Reconcile customer bank accounts as needed. GNBancorp stock - responsible for stock transactions and recordkeeping. Be flexible in scheduling coverage with co-workers. Job Requirements, Competencies, and Skills Possess good communication and people skills in order to deal with customers and other employees within Main Banking Center. Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as required. Be a good team player with other employees.
