Job Description

MCS Management is currently hiring a Wireless Customer Representative to support Kinetic Fiber customer accounts in the Columbus area. This position focuses on customer communication, account assistance, and helping individuals understand available internet service options in a professional and supportive environment. The Wireless Customer Representative will work directly with customers to answer questions, assist with account-related support, and help guide individuals through service setup and account updates. This role involves face-to-face customer interaction and is ideal for someone interested in customer service, account support, and communication-focused work. About the Wireless Customer Representative role: As a Wireless Customer Representative, you will receive training on Kinetic Fiber services, account processes, and customer support practices. You'll help customers better understand available internet services while ensuring a positive and informative experience throughout each interaction. This is an entry-level opportunity with ongoing support and development provided. Responsibilities of the Wireless Customer Representative Meet with customers to provide account support and service information Answer questions related to Kinetic Fiber internet services, equipment, and account options Assist customers with account setup, updates, and service-related requests Help customers understand available plans and features based on their household needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity Provide clear and professional communication during face-to-face customer interactions Work collaboratively with team members to support daily customer service operations Represent Kinetic Fiber professionally within the local community Qualifications of a Wireless Customer Representative High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working directly with customers in person Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or account support experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn through training
Pay:
$900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
