Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and faxes Process orders accurately and efficiently Provide product availability, pricing, and order status updates Handle returns, adjustments, and complaints in a professional manner Collaborate with team members and maintain strong internal communication

Schedule:

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Excellent phone and communication skills Basic computer and typing skills (typing test may be required) Strong time management and organizational skills Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive Must be 18 or older
