Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with product information, order assistance, and issue resolution. You'll work closely with our Customer Service Supervisor and collaborate with other departments to ensure every customer interaction reflects the quality and care Weatherables is known for. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and project layouts. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues as needed. Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support leadership by identifying service trends and suggesting process improvements. Perform additional duties as assigned by Sales Leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, construction, or home improvement preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for helping people. Must be willing to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process. Preferred Traits Familiarity with fencing, decking, or outdoor building materials.
