Job Description

About the Role Cincinnati Test Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding standard product orders and service requests. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience through accurate order processing, timely communication, and collaboration with internal teams and external sales representatives. Key Responsibilities Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email Provide order status updates and follow up on incomplete or pending orders Receive and process serial-tracked items for recertification Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution Work closely with external sales representatives to support customer needs Maintain accurate customer and order records Assist with additional administrative or customer service tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or order entry experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams, preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
