Customer Service Dispatcher

We are looking for a person to join our team as a CSR. We are a family owned plumbing and HVAC company with long term employess and great work enviroment. We are looking for a person who posesses great customer service skills and ability to put a smile on our customers face. Must be able to navigate Microsoft Office programs and ablility to learn ServiceTitan software. Come join our team today! Take incoming customers calls Take service requst as needed Schedule and maintain the maintenance agreements Maintain the schedule for several technicians Ability to multitask Knowledge of surrounding areas Energetic personality Well organized Work well with others Resolve customer differences Return customer calls in a timely manner Multitasking Debrief Service technicians after completion of each call Respond to messages from over night Call incoming website leads and google leads Help over the counter customers Keep abandoned call list cleaned up Can keep calm under stressful circumstances during busy seasons Good communication skills On call rotation on the office side (Friday-Thursday) Assist with responding text messages that come through servicetitan Any other assigned dutiese that might be needed
