Customer Service Representative

Greeting & Hosting:

Being the first point of contact for guests with a professional and friendly approach.

Managing Orders:

Taking requests accurately and ensuring customers get exactly what they need.

Service Flow:

Managing bookings, handling payments, and coordinating with the rest of the team.

Store Standards:
