Corporate IT intern

Gain hands-on experience at PERRY proTECH! A Corporate IT Intern will assist in resolving client technical issues while developing skills and knowledge around end user support and PERRY proTECH offerings.

About The Role:

Assist in providing client support and troubleshooting on technical issues Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or the ticketing system Analyze technical challenges, client needs, and provide suggestions to achieve resolution Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Follow up with end users to complete the resolution of issues and ensure end user satisfaction Work closely with the Internal Support team to provide client support and gain experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Requirements & Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management abilities Strong technical and analytical abilities Extremely detail-oriented and organized Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset Pursuing a degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience MCSE or equivalent experience is a plus Experience in a help desk or customer service support position is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
