Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a respected non-profit organization in Lorain, Ohio. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the community while advancing your career. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support through efficient application processing and documentation management.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with their applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified according to agency policies.
  • Respond to inquiries from applicants, providing clear and detail-oriented communication to address their questions.
  • Conduct interviews both in-person and virtually, gathering required information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Perform accurate data entry, updating records and files to maintain organizational standards.
  • Operate office equipment and handle administrative tasks such as typing, processing mail, and securing sensitive materials.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on organizational procedures.
  • Identify and resolve problems effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Maintain organized files and records, adhering to confidentiality and security protocols.
