Job Description

Kings Veterinary Hospital is looking for an Urgent Care Client Service Representative.
Major responsibilities:
greet every client who enters our building, handle patient intake, answer a 21-line phone, triage patients utilizing our online patient portal, manage messages for 10 doctors, be kind and re-assuring to people with ill pets, meet the needs of busy clients, handle all paperwork appropriately, and ultimately be the face/voice of our hospital.
