Responsibilities include:

Communicate with customers to understand expectations and issues Enter customer sales orders Track existing orders in order to expedite if necessary or discuss with customers Track inbound material Understand the computer system as it relates to work orders, sales orders, receiving, and inventory costs Qualified candidates will have: Minimum of three years of customer service experience in flat-rolled steel A professional demeanor and an ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors The ability to make sound business decisions utilizing the data at hand Strong data entry and math skills Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
