In this role you will:
Support the needs outlined in the customer contact while ensuring positive customer experience and client satisfaction. Leverage appropriate technology and office equipment to complete projects, escalating service repairs to the appropriate individuals when applicable. Ensure appropriate inventory supplies in order to meet project needs. Anticipate and correct problems within area of operation. Report on program operations to Onsite Services Supervisor or appropriate leadership. Collaborate with team members on special requests for respective area. May be asked to assist or coordinate hospitality services include catering and meeting room setup.
You should have:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work the standard hours of the position as determined by the customer. Dependable and ability to serve as a professional representative of the Gordon Flesch Company. Ability to operate office equipment including computer, printer, fax machine, phone systems. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to stand or walk the majority of the workday. Ability to work in a team environment and interact in a consistent, positive manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements (client account dependent). Access to reliable transportation (client account dependent).
