As a key team member, you'll handle essential tasks like processing driver licenses and vehicle registrations, collecting reinstatement payments and documents, and more, all while ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact on Mason area residents.
Schedule:
Primarily Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with a rotating Saturday schedule (typically 2 on, 1 off from 8am-12pm), offering 36-40 hours per week for consistent, full-time work. To succeed here, you'll need: Exceptional customer service skills: The ability to connect with people, resolve issues with a smile, and create memorable experiences.

Quick and accurate data entry to keep operations smooth and error-free. The ideal candidate brings previous customer service experience and a proven track record of handling tasks efficiently in a team setting. Note:
