This role involves taking orders, providing pricing information, performing Consultative sales, and explaining services and benefits. You will also support both new and existing customers while ensuring timely delivery of shipments and addressing any complaints. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to succeed in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and web-based channels
• Take customer orders, offer pricing, and explain services
• Monitor shipments from order entry to delivery to ensure on-time performance
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative procedures
• Critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail
