CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR AMS

the right parts at the right price, right when you need them. We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Customer Support Coordinator to keep orders moving and customers informed after the sale. If you take pride in accurate work, follow through on every open item, and stay calm when things get busy, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Customer Support Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact for customers after the initial sale — processing orders, tracking shipments, handling returns and warranty questions, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Working alongside our Account Executives, you'll help carry customer needs forward and make sure every order is handled accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Enter and process customer orders accurately and on time — create invoices, apply payments, and complete Core Agreements. Review and verify purchase orders, send them to vendors, and obtain confirmations and tracking information. Share timely order status and tracking updates with customers, and open and maintain cases for order questions. Handle claims, warranty questions, and returns by coordinating with vendors — create RMAs, arrange returns, route items to the warehouse, and confirm credits and refunds with Accounting. Act as a central point of contact for customers and coordinate with vendors, Accounting, and the warehouse, keeping all records complete and current in our CRM/ERP system. What We're Looking For 1+ years of customer service, order entry, data entry, retail, call center, or related experience preferred. Candidates with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our CRM/ERP system (NetSuite training provided). Composure and reliable followthrough — someone who tracks open items through to resolution rather than letting them slip. Nice to Have Experience in customer support or order processing. Familiarity with B2B, parts, logistics, or vendor coordination. Experience handling RMAs, warranties, claims, or returns. Interest in the heavy equipment or construction industry. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Officebased role with frequent crossdepartment interaction and regular phone, email, and messaging communication. Extended periods sitting and working on a computer, with repetitive tasks like data entry and close review of documents. Occasionally lift office materials up to 1520 lbs.
